Revised Drought Contingency Plan-New Stage 1 Drought Restrictions 9/1/22

The West Travis County Public Utility Agency Board of Directors approved a revised Drought Contingency Plan on Thursday, September 1st. The revised plan can be found on the home page of this website.
The Board also voted to move to Stage 1 Mandatory Watering Restrictions effective 9/1/22. Stage 1 requirements are:
Twice per week watering based on the following schedule:
Residential:
Addresses ending in 0,1,2,3: Monday and Thursday
Addresses ending in 4,5,6: Tuesday and Friday
Addresses ending in 7,8,9: Wednesday and Saturday
Commercial: Tuesday and Friday
Watering Hours: Midnight to 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. to midnight.
Variances are required for new landscapes if the schedule above must be exceeded.
