Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
On-Line Bill Payment
Please click the Pay Your Bill Now button and follow the prompts. You will need your new account number and amount of last payment to access your information.

- Register for the new system and log in with your user name and password.
- Under Available Services go to Utility Billing and select ‘Add an Account’.
- Enter your new account number (found on your bill) and enter the amount of your last payment and select ‘Add Account.’
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
- Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express (3% Convenience Fee) – immediate confirmation and will post the next business day
- Electronic Check ($1.25 Convenience Fee) – will post within 1 business day

- Call 512-263-0125, choose Option 3. You will need your NEW account number You can also call direct to 866-280-0640.
- Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express (3% Convenience Fee) – immediate confirmation and will post the next business day
- Electronic Check ($1.25 Convenience Fee) – will post within 1 business day
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form, ACH Authorization Form. Aditionally you can drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
- Electronic Check (No fee)
When you receive a bill indicating "Paid by Draft", your draft set up has been completed and is active.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. There is a drop box located on the right side of Building B, near the side door.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
