AMI Meter Installation in Rocky Creek

The installation of our new AMI meters will begin on 3/4/25 in the Rocky Creek neighborhood. Installation should take about a week. Customers will see DB Utility contractors in the neighborhood, not PUA. The installers will have a badge and uniform to verify their identity. They will knock before installation and if nobody answers, but they detect water being used in the home, they will leave and return later that day or week. You do not need to be home during installation.
