AMI Installation Signal Hill Estates and Homestead

The installation of our new AMI meters will be taking place in Signal Hill Estates and Homestead next week, starting on April 7. Customers will see DB Utility contractors in the neighborhood, not PUA. The installers will have a badge and uniform to verify their identity.
The crews will knock before installation. If nobody answers but they detect water being used in the home, they will leave and return later that day or week. Otherwise, they will begin installation. You do not need to be home during installation.
